• Rental Services - Servicing rental and business opportunities at UniSZA to support the needs of communities 
• Special Projects - Executing high impact objects (long term, high investment, profitable, sustainable) via collaboration and joint ventures
• Planning the strategies needed to attract investments via collaboration and joint ventures with potential investors
• Organizing meetings, pitching sessions, presentations with stakeholders
• Leading the projects' implementation and executions 
• Coordinating strategic resources (tangible/intangible) to ensure the succesful implementation of the projects
